Where to find your save
Use the main Steam installation folder, which may be separate from the library containing the game. Choose the user file for the required slot.

What you can edit
Only the profile-progress section of compressed v1/v2 saves is editable. Current-run health, equipment, money and cells are not editable here.

Notes
- The current run is preserved without editing. New items, records and achievement identities cannot be created.
