For Steam, open this save root and find the gameplay SAV for your slot. Use your actual Steam installation folder.

For Epic Games, Techland lists this folder for gameplay saves.

Reviewed open PC saves only. Console PFS containers and Dying Light: The Beast are outside this guide. Field availability varies by save version.

Editable values and their limits
Health and infection	Edit stored HealthState values, including health and infection state.
Skills and progression	Adjust existing skill levels, development points and progression values. Dependent totals and slot previews are not automatically reconciled.
Existing inventory	Change stored item counts, condition and repair counters where present. No new objects, item identities or inventory restructuring.
