Where to find your save
Open your Steam ID folder and choose the farm slot. Money and farm experience belong to the common farm file; plot files hold land and building state.

What you can edit
Windows common farm versions 211/247/350 and plot versions 299/330/341. Existing numeric and boolean values can be changed within their stored ranges; text must keep the same UTF-8 byte length. Player profile files and the first Farm Together are outside this guide.
| Farm money and resources | Coins, Bills, Medals, and the Amount and Maximum of existing resources. Use the common farm file; plot files do not contain farm money. |

| Farm and item progression | Farm Level and Progress, plus existing item Level, Progress and Prestige values. Only fields already present can be changed. Items identified by hashes keep their technical IDs. |
| Quests and town state | Existing quest, town, feature and statistics values in the common farm save. |
| Plot state | Existing building and land records, animal-field and pond values, world ticks, season and weather. Edit the corresponding plot file. New buildings, animals, plots or records cannot be added. |
Notes
- The separate farm-header preview is not updated alongside a gameplay file. Common farm state and individual plots remain separate files.
