Where to find your save
Choose the .car file from the desired Careers game-mode folder for career values. GameOptions.dat contains settings; Flash Classic .sol files are a separate format.

What you can edit
Unity career .car files and NRBF options. Flash Classic .sol saves and changes to object/list topology are excluded.
